Creeping Phlox
Phlox stolonifera
A rapidly spreading perennial, Creeping Phlox grows to no more than 6 inches in height. The foliage is soft, needle-like, and remains lush spring through fall. The flowers emerge in April and May and are quite brilliant. This plant looks great growing over rocks. Hardy in zones 2-8, Creeping Phlox likes full sun.
A very vigorous, low-growing ground cover, Creeping Phlox blooms in May with flowers of white, purple, pink, or red-purple. It prefers full to part sun and moist soil.
Creeping Phlox... The plants are between 12" and 24" tall when shipped... And shipped Bare Root...
Shipping and planting times are winter and spring months. Please choose from following months: November thru April. But we will make exceptions with limited warranties due to heat during shipping.
And, any plant shipped during normal green and growth months ... which is May through October is going to arrive with brown, burned leaves. They will recover and go green again, but they are going to look dead on arrival.
