Feedback for Sutton Farms...

Howdy!
It seems you are frustrated with Mother Nature. What a wipeout we have had in SC, too. We are expecting more of the same, which means "who the heck can predict anything at this point!" I am in no rush, I am not concerned with having them before spring. Please take care of the outraged customers and then enjoy a time of breathing. My trees will be sent when YOU know I will not kill them! I trust you and after reading your insightful e-mail, I am even more confident that I have chosen the right company to do business with. Please send the trees whenever is best for the trees, you, and my semi-green thumb. Thank you for keeping me posted, I wish more people thought of customers in a personal manner. Have a wonderful day and I'll be looking forward to beautiful trees in the spring.

Understand. No time is bad. Ship when you can. I have the rest of my life to watch these trees grow. To bad I can't live as long as they will. My dream is that my grandchildren live to enjoy them in their golden years. I really appreciate the service you are offering and hope that many more people find your site and plant many wonderful trees for our children and grandchildren and many generations down the line to appreciate. We received the Rose of Sharon and Sugar Maple trees today. Arbor day is Saturday so it is the best time to plant them. We know you had a difficult time with all the weather problems and do appreciate getting the plants.

I think I may have forgotten to give you a quick buzz when the hydrangeas arrived recently. Thank you so much for the time you spent making sure that orders were filled this spring. Although I still have yet to get them in the ground, they are loving all this rain (and the little puddle of water that I put in each bag), and new growth is evident all over!
